115 g (4 oz) ground almonts
250 g (9 oz) caster sugar
1 tbsp ground rice (i used plain flour instead)
2 egg whites

1. preheat the oven to 175C. line baking sheets with rice paper. mix all the ingredients to a smooth paste.

2. pipe small rounds of mixture using a 1-cm plain nozzle.

3. bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. cool on baking sheets and peel off the rice paper to remove.
4. when completely cool, store in an airtight container for five to seven days.
comment:
it is very easy to make, but make sure you like eating very sweet stuff, otherwise, i won't recommend you to try this.
