though woke up early, i ended up met Kofan @09.45 (was supposed to meet @09.00 and to reach Gold Coast before 11.00). this was a really big event for me though... first time went out so far away home, needed to take bus and train... hehe i m an idiot of direction mah~ so everyone was so worry...
we took the 10.25 "express" train... Maria called to see if i was ok; Saikat also called to make sure i knew where to get off the train and the bus number to Surfers Paradise...it was a long long journey.... i thought it took 45 minutes, but actually it took more than an hour... Kofan played NDS and i jus looked around to kill time...
12.30 we finally reached Surfers. to make sure everyone knows that i have been to Gold Coast i took these fotos. :)
as Dexter missed the steak that he had last nite and he wanted to have it again, so he and Kian went there to have lunch. as for Kofan and me, we jus felt so full after the Mc Donald's breakie, so we went to have ramen where Kofan reckonned was a must-go everytime in Gold Coast.
14.00 we met again and took the bus to Harbour Town where we can buy bargain branded stuff. and we stucked there until 19.00+. jus can't believe we can spend the whole afternoon there!!
was so so hungry, Simon (Kofan's bf) came and picked us up and we went to a german restaurant to have dinner. Saikat also came to join us. felt sorry for him, coz he doesn't like german food...
well, the pork was nice but jus too big for me... i would love to have more vegie. by the way, i have to say "thank you" to Dexter for the great dinner! :)
after dinner, Saikat did the face reading for four of them. haha, i think it was fun! later, Saikat did not come with us to Conard Treasury after dinner, as it was too far away for him! i ended up won A$23+ with the pokies at Conard. not too bad with 5 bucks investment~ ;)
pancake was our supper after Conard@ 00.20. this place used to be a church, now it becomes a 24 hours cafe. the pancake is not very expensive, as the size is quite big.
i thought we will go home after this as it was about 01.30. BUT, our tour guide, Simon, said we must go to Mt Coot-tha to see the nite view of Brissy. so we went there and had a quick look. it was really good! but it was cold and windy though. :)

"Milton, Milton, you have to go there and try their hot chockie" said Simon. so, we went there. unfortunately, the cafe closed. bumped to the boss of the cafe, we jus asked him if he could give us a free drink next time as a compensation of Kian's and Dexter's loss... haha.
hopped in the car, an other new idea came up "Have you been South Bank?". not to mention what happened next, right?
guess what time we reached home? 03.00!!! my God, we were so crazy. didn't want to sleep when we back home, coz scare i can't wake up to work... but ended up i had 2 hours sleep and Kian woke me up this morning @06.00. then sent them to the train station, as Kian and Dexter fly back to Hong Kong today... ;_;
surprisingly, everyone in the office said i looked so fresh!.... er.... after lunch, i still needed to buy a can of V to save my life, otherwise will sleep again... =_= zZZz
by the way, i wish everyone was happy last nite, especially Kian & Dexter!!!
