Bak Kut Teh
cooked this like long time ago...
and i finally post this out :D
as i am not a genius, you should know that i did not make this from scratch. lol
the bak kut teh spices was given by mei.
she said this is made in singapore, so the taste is the closest to the one they eat over there.
since i haven't tried that in singapore, i can't really tell if they taste the same. XD
however, i can confirm one thing is it taste yummilicious. :)
the pork cooked perfectly with the meat in pink inside and it was so tender.
wahhh... so nice! ;)
