CNY celebration

this year the CNY falls on australia day,

and happens to be on monday,

and so, we have a long weekend :)

awesome!

did not have a big celebration,

but to join family and frens for dinner.

i went to mei's home for dinner

she and joanne made us yummy bak kut teh (肉骨茶).
(and i forgot to take pictures!!! > <)

i made them japanese cheese cake for dessert.

hehe, this is not sally lah...
sally went to her fren's place wor! haha

need to be trained.... = =+

having a big big dinner with cherry's family and her frens.
i felt so bad that i did not help much for the dinner,
as i had to sort out and plan something for the rest of 2009
and it looks feasible :)

cherry was not happy that 9 people can't even finsh one plate...
but there were 11 plates!!!
haha... was really a good dinner!

did not do much...
i baked a cake for simon's birthday...
however, i burnt the top.
no choice but have to buy whipped cream tomorrow
and cover the ugly part... hahaha = =+

then, i had dinner with uncle ronnie and hennie at thai orchid.
ya, we had thai to celebrate chinese new year...
but it doesn't matter, right?
the main thing is to reunion with the family mah...
