blood donation

ate my breakfast this morning,
and was meant to have the appointment at 11.30...
but the nurse said i did not drink enough water,
and because my weight is jus met,
they scare i will be fainted after the donation.
so i had to go back to office and
go back later :(

thus, the mission of the rest of the day was
drinking, drinking and drinking...

i truly hate drinking so much water.
as i have to go to the ladies so often.

one thing i don't really like to donate blood here.
don't understand why they have to wrap my arm
like i have a serious injury..???
looks so weird...
anyway, a better protection mah... = =+

except from this, everything is good!
an the most important of all,
i can help up to three people with that bag of blood!!
amazing right??
not everyone can do this,
so if i can, why not???
therefore, i have made my next appointment
which is in december :)
