Japanese Cheesecake


kofanna and her mum said that it tasted really good.
i am ok. not a fan of cheesecake.

texture and taste is good,
as it's not too sweet and it is soft

was in a hurry when making this
as i started too late and was around dinner time.
(we normally have an early dinner @ around 18.00)

so, kofanna and her mum also help me to make it :)
otherwise, we will be hunger to death... haha

after dinner, kofanna's mum also taught me
how to make steam egg dessert 燉疍, post out later
