a small but meaningful act

the bus was so full this morning. there was an old lady on board the bus and she almost fell off when the bus moved.

i quickly held her arm. i kept holding her until she could stand safely. she told me she was ok. then, someone finally gave a seat for her and i let my hand go. and i kept listening to music.

surprisingly, she came to me before she got off the bus. "thanks for holding me just now..." she said gratefully with a big smile. in fact, i didn't expect she came back to me. but i was happy that my tiny little act can make her happy. and i felt happy too! :)

the biggest loser

this is the only season that i am so devoted.

today, the participants all dressed up and they stood in front of the mirror to reveal how gorgeous they are now. seriously, they should be proud of what they have gone through. they are amazing.

standing in front of the mirror, looking at their new body, their eyes were all red. that very moment, dreams come true. things they previously not believed in, things they previously thought impossible, have been proved. they are now not only proud of themselves, but also be more confident. i am also happy for them. i was moved. as somehow, i can feel the hard time they have gone through in the past two months. well done! :)

blood test

last thursday went for blood test. always feel tired and fell asleep during work.. omg... yeah sleep during work... not the first time... haha... damn lucky, my boss didn't sack me...

lucky, i was jus lack of iron... haha
