6 lap cheungs
1. put flour and yeast in the mixing bowl and mix with warm water. knead until the dough formed. put aside for 30-40 mins.

2. cut the lap cheung in half lengthway.

3. roll the dough as shown below.

4. wrap around the lap cheung with the dough.

5. put the roll in the steamer and steam for 15-20 mins.
