christmas celebration 2008

location: conrad jupiters, gold coast
this was the first christmas function held by the company.
this year, partners/ frens were invited to join for the dinner for free.
so, i brought kofanna
and she can see who i work with :)

the buffet dinner was really nice.
especially the seafood...
(as we were in a hurry...
i didn't have much time to take pictures T T)
the only bad thing is we did not have enough time to enjoy the meal
and catch up with other colleagues.

though i m not a fan of ABBA,
the show, i have to say, was pretty good.
lots of interaction, we danced and we sang.
we all had a good time :)
(hope kofanna feels the same)

location: roma restaurant, upper mt gravatt
uncle ronnie called for christmas dinner.
must go... haha
a record of 15 plates... yumyummm... hehe
was really full, but still can eat!!! ganbatte ne!!!

after dinner, we all went for karaoke.
hennie, my cousin, was the queen of the nite.
as after 3 hours of singing/ screaming,
her voice still stayed the same.... = =+

location: kingston and calamvale
five of us, simon, kofanna, evie, david and i went to see the christmas light that nite.
i have never seen once ever since i come here.
so we only went for the 1st place in kingston.
was good, but the one and scale in melbourne is still the best. :)

location: workplace
i was with the santa and my present!!
it was big right? haha, it came out as a box of chocolate set with a mug.

location: nadyne & eugene's place
dinner started at 19.30, but i was at their place after church.
we played games the whole afternoon!!
haha, i loved guitar heroes.
awesome!!!
then, nadyne and i started to make the honey mustard glazed ham.
it turns out good!!!
haha...
was a wonderful night with wonderful food! ;)

working very hard...

have been working very hard on making christmas cards...

no time to update man... :(

plus have to prepare something for interview...

can anyone tell me what is "work ethic"?

• leave office without any notice
• read paper during working hours
• do work only when you are told
  
• call the boss that you are going to have a meeting after leaving for lunch
• email the boss you are sick and have to go home, while your boss just sit not far from you

um... it doesn't really bother me much.
just don't understand how on earth will have this kind of irresponsible person.

last nite, joanne and i stayed in nadyne and eugene's place for today's trip... hehe

to have some engery
before we go for the big day!!

on the way, we stopped
at the strawberry farm

after that we on the way to
habour town again!!!
um... we all had a good time
and got what we want too!!! ^^

on the way home we bought pie for dinner~
they said this place is the best pie in queensland!!
um... i think to aussie's eyes, it could be...
not me though...

i should give her a big thank that
she helped me to tidy up the room
and moved one of the single bed out of the room
vacuumed my carpet....

hehe now i have a bigger and tidy room!!!!
hehe i promise you
will never mess up my room again, k? ;)
